Cancellation by Startups
1. Subscription Services: If a startup/investor wishes to cancel their subscription service on the platform, they must provide written notice to our support team at least 4 weeks prior to the renewal date. Refund will be provided for the remaining tenure only.
2. Event Registrations: For events hosted on our platform, startups/investor may cancel their registration and request a refund up to 4 weeks before the scheduled event date. Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approval is the discretion of the management.
3. Matchmaking Services: Startups utilizing our matchmaking services may cancel their subscription and request a refund within 30 days of signing up for the service. Refunds will be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription.
